How do I pay?
To the driver at the end of the transfer, by card or cash. You don’t pay anything online. In a few remote areas mobile coverage is weak, so cash is a good backup.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price you see in the booking form is the final price for your route and group, day or night.
Is my booking confirmed when I send it?
Not yet: you send a request and we confirm availability by WhatsApp or email, usually very quickly.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
Up to one hour after your flight lands. We track flights in real time; if we can reach you and everything is fine, we’ll wait longer when possible.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We follow your flight and adjust the pick-up. Please also message us as soon as you know, so everything is ready when you land.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. After that a cancellation fee may apply.
