Who processes your data

What data and why

• Booking requests: name, phone, email, flight, addresses, date, passengers and luggage, to manage and carry out your transfer and contact you about it. Legal basis: the contract you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Contact form: name, email and message, to answer you. Legal basis: your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Visit statistics: pages visited, how you arrived and device type, without cookies and without storing your IP address. See the cookie policy. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Google Analytics: only if you click “Accept”. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept while needed for the service and for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Contact messages, for up to one year after the last reply.

Who receives it

Only the providers we need to run the service, under data processing agreements: our booking and dispatch system, our email provider and, if you accept cookies, Google (Google Analytics). Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for portability by writing to info@mallorcatransfers.taxi. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
