Booking requests

Sending the booking form is a request, not yet a confirmed booking. We confirm availability by WhatsApp or email. The booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation.

Price

Prices are fixed per vehicle and route, for the passengers and luggage stated in the request. Bikes and golf bags have a small supplement shown in the form. If the details change (more passengers, extra stops, different address) the price may change; we will tell you before the service.

Payment

You pay the driver at the end of the transfer, by card or cash.

Waiting time

At the airport, the driver waits up to one hour after the flight lands. We track flights; please tell us about any delay or cancellation as soon as you can. At other pick-up points, please be ready at the agreed time.

Cancellations

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

Children and luggage

Child seats are provided on request; please tell us the children’s ages. Tell us about large or special luggage in the form so we can send the right vehicle.
